Davide was born in Trento, Italy. In Trento, Davide pursued a Bachelor's and Master's in Physics, with a focus on solid-state-physics, electronics and photonics. In 2024, he moved to Ghent to pursue a PhD under the supervision of Prof. Bogaerts. The PhD is part of a MSCA ITN, under the purview of the NiteLiDAR project. Davide works on beam steering simulation and circuit design.
