Abstract
In this contribution, we theoretically demonstrate significant light absorption enhancement by adding plasmonic nano-antennas on top of thin-film amorphous silicon solar cells. This enhancement is attributed to resonance light scattering of core-shell (silica-silver) nanostructures. Related Research Topics
