Super-resolved microscopy enabled by silicon photonics This research area aims at developing on-chip microscopy techniques to image, with a nanoscale resolution, dynamic objects evolving in complex biological media. It is based on original designs of integrated photonic structures that implement well-controlled light scattering processes between guided waves and nano-objects. The large-scale integration of the investigated concepts will open up new opportunities in the fields of biotechnology, pharmacology and colloidal sciences, in particular for proteomics and live cell imaging.
