Abstract
Theoretically, label-free biosensing can be achieved
by a Surface Plasmon Interferometer in Silicon-on-Insulator. We present in this paper measurement results validating this theoretical prediction and show this device to be capable of bulk refractive index sensing. Related Research Topics
