Abstract
We present a compact, low–power, high–speed indium phosphide based microdisk modulator heterogeneously integrated on a silicon–on–insulator waveguide. We demonstrate bit–error rates below 1×10–9 and open eyes up to 10 Gb/s. Related Research Topics
