Abstract
We demonstrate a full functional 1xN optical packet
switch employing a Silicon-on-Insulator integrated label extractor combined with a FPGA-based controller.
Experimental results show error-free on-the-fly parallel and asynchronous optical label detection, processing and packet switching. |
