Abstract
Based on 200mm and 300mm wafer fabs, we develop the technologies required for high-bandwidth optical interconnects as well as sensing and life science applications. We will discuss the recent progress on silicon photonic integrated circuits and the design challenges to overcome the nano-scale fabrication tolerances in silicon photonics. Related Research Topics
