Abstract
We show that carrier-injection-based Si-photonics is a suitable platform for reconfigurable networks to switch ps pulses with sub-GHz repetition. The usage of pre-emphasis-based driving results in ns switching tran-sitions and reduces energyconsumption by ∼40%. |
