Abstract

Photonic integrated circuits have been demonstrated to benefit super-resolved fluorescence microscopy. Here, we propose a UV PIC-based quantitative phase imaging
based on Kramers-Kronig relationships, achieving robust and high-resolution phase image retrieval in a low-cost and compact way.
