Yang Liu received a Ph.D. degree in Department of Electrical Engineering,Tsinghua University,in 2023. Now, he hold a postdoctoral position at UGent-IMEC, where his research is focused on heterogeneous integration of III-V semiconductors with silicon waveguide circuits.
