Abstract
We report a low-voltage optical phase shifter using liquid crystal actuation integrated in IMEC’s iSIPP50G platform fabricated using inkjet printing as a deposition mechanism. A pi phase shift is obtained at 3Vrms, almost 3pi is obtained at 9Vrms Related Research Topics
