Integrated mode-locked lasers offer several advantages over traditional continuous wave lasers as they allow for parallelisation. This stems from the many equidistant laser lines they emit. Here we want to make integrated version of these type of type of lasers. We want to integrate the lasers on a SiN platform to exploit the low linear losses of these waveguides.
