Dr. Dorian Sanchez (Postdoctoral Researcher)
This person worked in the group from 2013 till 2015.
Dorian Sanchez received the PhD degree from University of Science, Montpellier, France, in 2012 for his work on a new-confinement method for GaSb-based vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs).
Since 2013 he is holding a Post-Doctoral position in the Photonics Research Group, Ghent University, Ghent, Belgium. He is currently working on the integration of GaSb-based photonics devices on SOI. His current research interests include design and fabrication of GaSb-based VCSELs and photodetectors integrated with Silicon photonics.
