Laurens Bogaert received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Ghent University, Belgium in 2015. From 2015 on, he has been working as a Ph.D candidate at the IDLab design and Photonics Research Group laboratory, Department of Information Technology, Ghent University-Imec, Belgium. His current research interests include opto-electronic co-integration and radio-over-fiber communication.
