Jing Zhang received his master's degree in optics from Northwest University, China, in 2012. Since 2013, he joined the Photonics Research Group at INTEC of Ghent University, Belgium. He became a researcher at imec, Belgium, in 2017. His research mainly focuses on the heterogeneous integration of III-V (InP and GaAs) components on SiPh substrates using micro-transfer printing.
